Outdoor classes offer the added benefit of connecting with nature, grounding and earthing. This brings balance to your mind, body and soul. Grounding is the practise of connecting our energy back to the earth. It can be done through different ways but some of the most common are meditation, breath work and time in nature. Earthing (also known as grounding) refers to the discovery that bodily contact with the Earth's natural electric charge stabilizes the physiology at the deepest levels, reduces inflammation, pain, and stress, improves blood flow, energy, and sleep, and generates greater well-being. Let's get outside and get to work!
